They can be sent by email directly to the recipient with a personalised message, or you can send it to your inbox. You can also schedule the gift card to be emailed on a specific date, so it can be timed to arrive on their special day.

• Gift cards are sent by email - no 'physical' option is available.
• Gift cards can be used for making payment on this online shop, but cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards.
• Gift cards can be used for payment when ordering over the telephone.
• Gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
• Gift cards can be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
• Gift cards can be used for part payment of a larger value order.
• Gift cards can be part-used for payment of a smaller value order. The remaining balance of the card can be used at a future date.
• Gift cards purchased through this page remain valid for 5 years (cards received for other reasons may have a more limited expiry date).
• Payment made using a gift card will be refunded via a gift card if a refund is required. A payment made using mixed methods which is refunded in part will use a gift card as the primary method of refund.
• Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
