Dispatch Policy
We will always endeavour to dispatch your order on the working day on which it is received, however our parcels are collected in the afternoon before the close of business so this may not always be possible. In such circumstances it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders are not dispatched until payment is received.
We will also not dispatch an order where there is ambiguity with either the address or the delivery instructions so please check your e-mail (including your junkmail folder) to ensure that we have not tried to contact you.
Delivery Information
Deliveries within the UK are undertaken by Parcelforce (for orders in excess of 1kg) and Royal Mail (for lighter orders). Parcels sent with Royal Mail are sent "1st Class" and delivery times will vary with the efficiency of the postal service, but next day delivery is not uncommon. Deliveries with Parcelforce will vary depending on your location. Please read on for more information...
England and Wales
The standard service with Parcelforce is their "two-working day" service. In more remote areas (Central Wales, parts of Devon and Cornwall, Isle of Wight) of the country this may take three working days.
A 'next working delivery'' option is available to all parts of England and Wales at an additional charge. If you wish to choose that option please select it when completing the 'check-out' process. Please note that orders must be received before 2pm the previous working day to be sure of dispatch that day.

'Southern' Scotland
The standard service with Parcelforce is their "two-working day" service.
In more remote areas (AB30-31, AB33-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, AB63, DD8-10, FK8-3, FK16-17, FK21, TD15-2, PH10-11, PH13-14) of the country this will probably take three working days.
A 'next working day' delivery option is available to parts of Scotland not listed above, or below in the 'Highlands and Islands' section. If you wish to choose that option please select it when completing the 'check-out' process. Please note that orders must be received before 2pm the previous working day

Scottish 'Highlands and Islands', Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands
This region is defined as addresses with the following postcodes: BT, GY, IM, IV, HS, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE
If you live in this region please choose the appropriate region when completing the shop. The postage prices shown will be correct.
The prices are higher than for 'mainland UK' due to a Parcelforce surcharge. We apologise for this but we will do our best to find ways of delivering to you more cheaply (using Royal Mail where possible etc).
Parcels over 1.5kg will be sent with Parcelforce at a cost of £10, and should be delivered in two or three working days.
Next working-day delivery
Parcels over 1kg are sent using Parcelforce two-working day service (delivery times apply only to UK addresses and exclude postcodes listed above). If you wish to receive your parcel the next working day then please select that option when completing the 'check-out' process. Please note that orders must be received before 2pm on the working day prior to the working day on which you require delivery, however we will do our best to dispatch all orders on the day they are received. Next day delivery applies to the UK only, excludes those post-codes listed above, and is not possible to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scilly Isles. Please contact us if you require further clarification of when your order will be delivered.
Delivery Difficulties?
If you encounter problems receiving your order then please contact us. As we try to dispatch all parcels the same or next working day, and they are sent using a service that should not take more than three working days, if you have not received your order in five working days then please let us know. The sooner we know the easier it is to resolve the problem.
Problems occasionally arise when the courier has attempted delivery and you have not been at home. Please check to see if they have put a card through the door (which they should do with all attempted deliveries). If your parcel has been dispatched with Parcelforce then you should receive an e-mail giving the tracking details for the parcels and it is worth going online to trace the progress of your parcel.
